I live in North Vancouver and my hardiness zone is 8. I stick more to planting flowers and I love the exotics. Lori lives in Armstrong and is a very experienced gardener. She belongs to the Armstrong and District Garden Club. Armstrong has a hardiness zone of 5 but she has a small green house so that she can protect her plants from those late and early frosts.
